Floor Plans:

Floor plans are now a customers expectation when browsing available property for sale online. We very strongly recommend having a floor plan completed for your property.

Energy Performance Certificate:

It is a legal requirement to show a current EPC when advertising a property for either sale or rent in the United Kingdom. If you do not already have one and one has not been created for your property before then we can arrange this for you for the cost of £75 + VAT. You can check if you have an EPC here.

Surveys:

Ensuring that your property is or has been well maintained is important whenever you’re looking to purchase or let out a property, if you would like a survey carried out then we work closely with a number of local surveyors and would be happy to point you in the right direction.
