This is a bespoke system that is designed for students that are moving into a Plymouth student property that we manage. It is not the only way that you can report a fault, but it is the best. Don't worry if you have not got access to the internet pop in and see us or give us a call.
By reporting an issue on the system means that the property manager concerned can assign ( with landlord authorisation) the relevant contractor to carry out the repair, the person reporting the repair will see the name of the contractor who will be attending or will have an update explaining what will happen. This system has had a huge speed up process on all repairs reported many reports are resolved the same day or within 24 hours .(weekends not included but for real emergencies dealt with via our emergency number 07899 967130 )
This system also provides peace of mind with security, so when a contractor/representative from AHAH knocks on your door you can safely qualify who they are before allowing them into your home.
This system works 365 days of the year and each repair or communication is logged and kept for any future reference. All contract holders have full access to this system until the tenancy has ended and deposits returned.
We use this system to communicate with all students and tenants to provide essential information, which is why all housemates must become familiar with this very easy to use system.
